At DashcamDirect, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide a hassle-free return process. Whether you need to return a product due to quality issues, exchange it for another item, or request a refund, we're here to assist you every step of the way. Please review the following policies and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds:

No Reason Returns Within 7 Days

You have 7 natural days from the date of receipt to return a product for any reason. To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:

1. The product must be unused, undamaged, and free of manufacturing defects.
2. Return the product with all attached accessories, gifts, and the original receipt.
3. Return the product in its original packaging.
4. Return Shipping Fee

For non-quality-related returns, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. However, if the return is due to a quality problem, DashcamDirect will cover the return and exchange freight.

Refund Amount

For non-quality-related returns, we will refund the cost of the product itself but not the shipping cost. If the return is due to quality issues, we will refund both the product cost and the shipping fee.

Return and Refund Processing Time

Upon receiving your return request via email, we will process it within 1-2 working days. If the request meets the requirements, we will provide you with the warehouse address for return. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the refund process within 1-2 working days.

Quality Problem Returns Within 14 Days

If your product encounters quality problems within 14 days of receipt, please contact us for a refund or replacement. DashCamDirect will cover the return shipping fee for quality-related returns.

Exchange Within 14 Days

You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt under the following conditions:

1. Transportation damage with a damage certificate provided by the carrier.
2. The product is significantly different from its description.
3. The product is defective, excluding misuse or improper handling.
4. Exchange Shipping Fee

If your order is eligible for return or exchange, DashcamDirect will cover the return and exchange freight. However, if the request is not approved, you will be responsible for the return/exchange freight.

Return and Exchange Within 12 Months Warranty

Products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If a defect arises during this period, DashcamDirect will replace or repair the product free of charge and cover the freight.

Exclusions from Warranty

Please note that the warranty does not cover products without proof of purchase, lost or stolen items, damages caused by misuse or external sources, repair by third parties, or non-quality-related issues beyond 14 days of purchase.
